  1. Order
  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, price, billing, and delivery address.

  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
  • If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: support@madposter.se
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, printing errors in the price list, as well as inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received a product you have ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
  • You must notify us that you have changed your mind. The message should be sent to us support@madposter.seIn your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return pertains to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and sending of the products upon return, therefore the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the product's original value in the case of used or damaged products.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we commit ourselves in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

    6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?

  • If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

  1. Limitation of liability
  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
